BEAN SALAD

IRON FOCUSSED INGREDIENT - bean
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup overnight soaked beans (lobhia)
  • 2 tbsp chopped pudina
  • 1 ½ cups soaked and cooked chawli
  • 2/3 chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp sanchal powder
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
METHOD
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
